Field Technician II

We are seeking experienced Telecom Field Technician II professionals to support client network operations in the Seattle, WA area. This is an excellent opportunity for technicians with strong wireless infrastructure experience who are comfortable working independently in a field environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform field-level technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for telecom network infrastructure. Support Radio Access Network (RAN), transport networks, backhaul, and site equipment. Execute network projects, upgrades, and operational activities. Follow established MOPs (Methods of Procedure) and maintain clear communication during field activities. Assist with disaster recovery planning and response efforts as needed. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant telecom field technician experience. Strong understanding of wireless network operations, including: Radio Access Networks (RAN) Backhaul and transport networks Signaling and data services Site infrastructure Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to work extended hours, participate in on-call rotations, and support emergency situations. Ability to work outdoors and navigate varied terrain in all weather conditions. Valid driver’s license and ability to use a personal vehicle for field assignments (mileage reimbursed with fuel receipts). Must meet applicable vaccination requirements. Preferred Experience: Experience supporting transport networks. Hands-on troubleshooting experience with Ceragon and Aviat microwave systems. Knowledge of network design, capacity planning, AC/DC power systems, and grounding. !We are Collaborators.
