Project Coordinator

Location: West Palm Beach, FL – On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $25–$26/hour (approximately $52,000–$56,000 annually)
Employment Type: 6-month contract with potential to convert to a permanent position

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Coordinator to support a busy field service operation in West Palm Beach. This position will play an important role in keeping projects and service activities running smoothly by coordinating technicians, subcontractors, customers, and internal teams.

What You'll Do

• Schedule technicians for service calls, projects, and inspections
• Coordinate subcontractors and field personnel
• Create, update, and manage work orders
• Communicate with customers and provide project and service updates
• Coordinate between sales, project managers, technicians, and customers
• Order materials and assist with inventory tracking
• Review paperwork and documentation for accuracy and completion
• Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records
• Track multiple projects, schedules, and priorities simultaneously
• Help resolve scheduling or service issues as they arise

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of administrative, service coordination, or project coordination experience
• Previous experience in a field service or construction-related environment strongly preferred
• Experience could come from industries such as:
• • Construction
  • HVAC
  • Plumbing
  • Roofing
  • Pool services
  • Electrical
  • Restoration
  • Facilities or property services
  • Other skilled trades or field service industries
• Strong scheduling, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• ERP or work-order management system experience preferred but not required
• Dispatching or technician scheduling experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly and professional phone presence
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving pieces
