Must-Have: Experience with responding to Rapid Response Teams and codes. Comfortable being the only Respiratory Therapist on site. Previous travel experience is strongly preferred.

Description: The responsibilities include setting up and managing ventilators, BiPAP, CPAP, high flow, ABG, nebulizers, and conscious sedation. The candidate will work with mostly adult patients, with pediatric patients being less common. Key duties involve performing treatments divided between the ER and inpatient floors. The Respiratory Therapist will assist with intubation alongside a physician. Experience in critical care situations is essential. The role requires flexibility in scheduling with weekend and holiday work as necessary. There is no on-call requirement. The environment includes equipment from reputable brands for respiratory care. Collaboration with physicians and medical staff is expected for patient care. All clinicians must adhere to department policies and procedures.
