REPORTING

This position reports directly to the Service Manager of the branch located in Manchester, NH.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Prior experience in pest control or sales is a plus but not required. We provide comprehensive classroom and field training so you feel capable and confident to excel in your position. If you have a strong work ethic and excellent customer‑service skills, we will give you the resources to succeed.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

This position focuses on the organization’s goal of sustainability, which is selling new services and re‑selling the value of existing clientele. Through inspections, estimates, new sales, and service itself, these individuals influence customer attrition and new customer growth.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Regular interaction with customers to troubleshoot problems and communicate service details. Work outdoors for most of the day. Lift at least 50 lbs. Crawl, kneel and/or fit into tight spaces. Apply liquid treatments to soil. Perform drilling, trenching, and basic cleanup after a job. Data entry and documentation into mobile devices for services performed. Flexibility to work Monday–Saturday during the summer season.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail. Ability to read and understand simple documents regarding safety, regulatory or protocol standards. Basic mathematical skills. A talent for solving practical problems and effective reasoning. Take and pass a series of exams as part of a new‑hire training program. Clean driving record. Pass a background check. Pass a drug screen.

RELATIONSHIPS

This position will be trained by Insight’s online university program, monitored by the Service Manager and Lead Technician, with ongoing support and supervision. It is expected to maintain quality customer relations in a courteous, respectful, and friendly manner.

CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSING

All candidates must either already hold a required license or certification or acquire one with company‑assisted training.
