Come, Learn, Grow!Essential duties of the Maintenance Technician:Make repairs to machines as needed with emphasis on hydraulic pressesRecommend modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions or to improve safety, quality, orequipment operating parametersPerform repairs and troubleshoot on machinery and repair of hydraulic and other systemsAssist in repairing malfunctions in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumaticmaintenance and repair of machinery and equipmentSuggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department,or work crewFollow all Company policies, including but not limited to all related safety policies.Requirements for the Maintenance Technician:Experience with large hydraulic systems, pump diagnosis, cylinder rebuilds, pump repairs, valve tuningas well as control functions and troubleshooting2 years’ experience in a maintenance manufacturing setting is a mustMust be willing to work 12-hour shiftsTraining and experience in use of PLC's is a plusWelding and fabrication skills are a plusRead and interpret electrical drawings is a plusStrong communication skills are a mustAnalyze and resolve work problems and assists other technicians as neededMust be willing to participate in all required job and or employment related trainings.
