LPN Night Supervisor Location: Oriskany, New York Company: Eastern Star Home Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Eastern Star Home in Oriskany, New York as a Night Supervisor. As an LPN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, promote independence, and enhance the overall resident experience. As an Overnight Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents during the night shift, ensuring that our high standards of care are maintained. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team and healthcare providers Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and outcomes Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medication administration Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, families, and staff Requirements: 1 year of experience as an LPN in a long-term care setting Current LPN license in the State of New York Additional Requirements: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Compensation: $34 - $38 HOURLY Job Type: FULL_TIME #J-18808-Ljbffr Eastern-Star-Home
