$70,000 Base + Commission (OTE $120K–$180K+) VueTech is seeking an Account Manager with a passion for building relationships and delivering modern security, network, and IT solutions to businesses across the Bay Area. We specialize in security systems, network infrastructure, and business technology solutions that help companies operate securely and efficiently. From surveillance systems to full IT environments, we design and deploy systems that scale with our clients. Due to strong demand and growing inbound interest, we are looking for a high-performing Account Manager to help us manage new opportunities and expand existing accounts. Responsibilities Lead the entire sales cycle Close deals and consistently hit monthly revenue targets Qualify business needs and recommend tailored security and IT solutions Prepare and present proposals for surveillance, networking, and infrastructure projects Must Have Bachelor Degree or Higher 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience Strong communication Self-motivated and results-driven mindset Comfortable explaining technical solutions in simple terms Nice to have Experience selling security systems, cameras, or network infrastructure Familiarity with tools like CRM systems Experience working with contractors Technical understanding of networking or surveillance systems What's great in the job?
