Meet the Team: The Financial Analyst will serve as a key contributor to executive decision making by consolidating monthly results into a synthesized story. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to build foundational experience in financial reporting & analysis as well as support cross functional business partners. Where You Come In: Consolidate the Global Commercial results from all regions into one succinct story Execute monthly revenue reporting – ASP, Price Volume Mix (PVM) analysis, revenue/volume reporting, and other metrics Support creation of monthly Executive Management Business Reviews and other various management reporting materials Provide insightful details in quarterly reporting decks to inform executives of the current business performance versus historical trends and forecasts Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and operate with a process improvement mindset by identifying opportunities to automate and provide efficiencies What Makes You Successful: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint with a willingness to learn new data tools and systems Understanding of core finance principles across financial statements Strong communication skills and willing to partner with cross-functional teams Comfort analyzing large data sets and being able to communicate actionable conclusions Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines with accuracy Detail-oriented self-starter who takes ownership of work Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools Experience with Hyperion or similar budgeting systems Industry experience in medical device, healthcare, or consumer products What You’ll Get: A front row seat to life changing CGM technology. Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
