Before becoming an agent, I spent 18 years as a school teacher before being recruited into the insurance industry. My background in education helped shape my passion for helping others, building relationships, and guiding people through important decisions. I’m a graduate of Cornell University and also earned a library certification from Iowa State University, along with a master’s degree in English. I am also a registered financial professional and hold professional insurance designations, allowing me to bring a broad range of knowledge and experience to the customers we serve. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Qualifications Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
