Sales & Marketing Assistant New York, NY (Hybrid) We’re looking for a sharp, organized Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growing business lending team. This person will play a key role in client retention, sales administration, and marketing execution —helping us stay connected with our customers and build our brand presence. What You’ll Do Make retention and follow-up calls to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities Assist the sales team with CRM updates, deal tracking, and reporting Support the onboarding process for new clients and partners Help manage email campaigns, content updates, and social media posts Contribute to marketing materials, design ideas, and creative content (an eye for layout and detail is a big plus) Coordinate internal projects and keep things organized across departments What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills — comfortable speaking with business owners and team members Highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive Interest or experience in sales support, marketing, or customer success Familiarity with tools like CRMS, Canva, or social media platforms is a bonus Eager to grow with a fast-moving company Why Join Us You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team in a business that helps entrepreneurs nationwide access capital.
