About The Role
DiStefano Brothers Concrete Coatings is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant & Production Coordinator to join our North Kingstown team.
This essential role keeps our day-to-day operations running like a well-oiled machine by bridging the gap between front-office administration and project coordination. If you love solving problems, managing details, and keeping clients happy, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars and timelines for installations, service requests, and sales appointments.
- Project & Financial Support: Assist with project tracking, data entry, job costing, and processing subcontractor invoices.
- Communication Hub: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Data & Admin Management: Maintain accurate digital records, update tracking spreadsheets, and assist with weekly data reporting.
- Internal Support: Provide general administrative assistance and basic software troubleshooting for the office and field teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Tech-Savvy Organizers: Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite (especially spreadsheets) and experience navigating CRMs or project management tools.
- Communication Experts: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Detail-Oriented Analysts: The ability to handle high volumes of data, spot errors, and anticipate office and team needs.
- Problem Solvers: A proactive attitude, strong time-management skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Experience: Prior experience in project coordination, scheduling, or construction/trade administration is a strong plus.
