Job title: Supply Chain Jr. Analyst Location: Hill AFB, UT Job Type: Full-TimeOverview: Systems Implementers, Inc. (SI) is a contracted implementation consulting firm performing work at Hill AFB in Utah. The Supply Chain Jr. Analyst is responsible for performing a wide range ofanalytical and planning functions to support organizational logistics operations and mission objectives. The ideal candidate will have both functional and technical knowledge. We are always looking for motivated, energetic people who want to learn and grow with our business.  SI does not offer relocation expenses, and this is not a remote position.Key Responsibilities:Interact with the customer in a friendly and productive mannerIdentify and analyze issues to resolve conventional problems of increasing efficiency and productivityDevelop and review logistics planning and programming documentationIdentify non-standard or emerging operational requirementsAnalyze problems created by the incompatibility of future programs and recommend appropriate corrective actionGather and consolidate appropriate data according to prescribed time framesParticipate in various meetings and serve on panels or committeesPrepare and present clear, concise, and well-structured briefings that address the designated issuesResearch and analyze data for current and future workload costsGather data for lean initiatives or process improvementsConduct analysis and prepare reports, spreadsheets, graphs, templates, and briefing charts for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reportsCapability to observe, document, and map business processesOther duties as assignedRequired Skills and Education: Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMust have knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsU.S. CitizenExcellent communication skillsAbility to interact with peopleAbility to work on-site at Hill Air Force BasePreferred Qualifications: Experience with SQLStrong technical writing skills  SI offers the following benefits to employees when eligible:Competitive compensation based on qualifications and experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurance supplemented by SISupplemental insurance options401k matchingHoliday payVacation and Sick payBonus programEmployee development program SI does not offer relocation expenses.
