Job Title: Supply Chain AnalystLocation: Hill AFB, UTJob Type: Full-TimeOverview: Systems Implementers, Inc. (SI) is a contracted implementation consulting firm performingwork at Robins AFB in Georgia. The ideal candidate will have both functional and technical expertise tosupport mission requirements, drive process improvements, and provide guidance within the team. This is not a remote position.Key Responsibilities:• Lead customer interactions in a professional, friendly, and productive manner• Perform complex analysis to identify, evaluate, and resolve issues impacting efficiency,productivity, and mission support• Develop and review logistics planning and programming documentation• Identify non-standard or emerging operational requirements• Analyze problems created by the incompatibility of future programs and recommend appropriate corrective action• Collect, validate, and consolidate data according to prescribed time frames• Participate in various meetings and serve on panels or committees• Prepare and present clear, concise, and well-structured briefings that address the designated issues• Research and analyze data for current and future workload costs• Support lean initiatives and process improvement efforts by gathering and assessing relevant data• Conduct analysis and prepare reports, spreadsheets, graphs, templates, and briefings charts for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports• Observe, document, and map business processes to identify opportunities for improvement• Provide formal mentorship and day-to-day guidance to junior analysts, supporting their development and ensuring quality of work• Manage assigned projects, coordinating tasks and deliverables with team members to meet deadlines• Act as a primary point of contact for designated tasks, ensuring alignment between the customer and the project team• Perform other duties as assignedRequired Skills and Education:• Bachelor's degree• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant supply chain, logistics, or data analysis experience• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications• U.S. Citizen• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work on-site at Robins Air Force BasePreferred Qualifications:• Experience with SQL• Strong technical writing skillsSI offers the following benefits to employees when eligible:• Competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience• Medical, dental, and vision insurance supplemented by SI• Supplemental insurance options• 401k matching• Holiday pay• Vacation and Sick pay• Bonus program• Employee development programSI does not offer relocation expenses.Systems Implementers is an EEO and Non-Discrimination EmployerAll individuals will be vetted, screened, and evaluated (clearance and/or background check before beinggranted access to any CUI data).
