You'll partner daily with engineering, design, data science, and cross-functional platform teams to shape APIs, data models, and event-driven systems that millions of employers and job seekers rely on. You'll drive alignment on complex technical initiatives (including platform convergence and permissions architecture), manage a multi-client platform with contending priorities, and ensure that interview workflows, from calendar sync to notifications to candidate status, run reliably and compliantly at scale.ResponsibilitiesOversee strategy and roadmap for one or more product areas, including intake, backlog, business case, and user stories.Prioritize initiatives and maintain clarity on what work is most important.Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.Work closely with capability owners and development teams to maintain a healthy backlog.Use data to guide decisions and measure impact.Summarize and present complex information, issues, processes, and options clearly to leadership, team members, and other groups.Skills/CompetenciesRequires Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years relevant experience, 14 years of relevant experience, or equivalent in education and experience.Experienced with data analytics (SQL or equivalent), A/B testing, UX tools (figma), AI tools and prototyping (claude, chatgpt, cursor, etc.)Experienced with APIs, data models, and event-driven systemsData driven mindset: diagnose problems, recommend solutions, and present to stakeholdersExcellent communication skills: talk technical details with your team, then distill in written and oral presentations to leadershipSalary Range TransparencyTier 1 - United States of America 150,000 - 224,000 USD per yearTier 2 - United States of America 166,000 - 250,000 USD per yearTier 3 - United States of America 182,000 - 274,000 USD per yearTier 4 - United States of America N/ATier 5 - United States of America 207,000 - 311,000 USD per yearSalary Range DisclaimerThe salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role.
