The primary current use of the system is space management and facilities maintenance. Archibus integrates geospatial information (CAD, BIM, Maps) with a comprehensive facilities relational database. The CUNY IWMS maintains facilities data on 26 colleges spanning 30 million square feet across all NYC Boroughs.Duties and Responsibilities:Verifying existing data; identifying, collecting, and entering missing or incorrect dataMaintaining accurate records of valuable facilities information in our Archibus IWMSOther duties as assignedQualifications:Must be a CUNY studentPursuing a Bachelor's degree in facilities management, architecture, or ITHas essential data entry and data analysis skills, has familiarity with spreadsheets, and has familiarity with relational databasesMust be available for at least 14 hours a weekCore Competencies:Excellent writing, interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skillsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and changing needs and prioritiesDetail-oriented and well-organizedAbility to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independentlyPay Range:$17.50 per hourRFCUNY BenefitsRFCUNY Employee Benefits and AccrualsEqual Employment Opportunity StatementThe Research Foundation of the City University of New York is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action/Americans with Disabilities Act/E-Verify Employer.
