Vishay is currently seeking talent for a Talent Acquisition Partner. We offer an opportunity to grow within a global semiconductor organization, gaining exposure to diverse hiring projects and cross-functional collaboration, while working closely with an international talent acquisition team across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Location: Newport, UK OR remote in the UK What you would be doing: Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles Source and engage candidates through multiple channels; Run complex searches Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring progress Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions Ensure positive candidate experience and timely communication Maintain accurate data in ATS (e.g., Workday) Participate in regional/global TA projects and cross-border hiring initiatives Support recruitment process improvements and TA initiatives What you will bring along: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 3–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience Experienced in direct sourcing & executive outreach Experience hiring for semiconductors manufacturing industry is a plus Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media Experience with ATS systems, experience with Workday is a plus Good communication skills in English and preferably another European Language Confident working with senior stakeholders - able to challenge, influence, and advise Key Competencies Strong execution and organizational skills Proactive sourcing mindset Stakeholder communication and coordination Ability to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
