Experience with supervision. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs, online and computer data entry. Certification via Telecommunication School at the Hampton Roads Criminal Justice Academy. Additional Considerations: Experience using a multi-line telephone system and various office equipment. Experience using law enforcement / two-way radio equipment and dispatching calls. Experience monitoring fire alarm systems.
