Aboutthe Role: Asa CBRE Mail Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising allaspects of the mailroom operations for a building or campus. Thisjob is part of the Office Operations function. They are responsible forproviding office support to a client, business function or individualcontributor. WhatYou’ll Do: Supervisepersonnel assigned to mail services. This includes establishing work schedules,assigning tasks, cross-training staff to perform shipping/receiving duties asback-up, and evaluating and developing performance. Conductpersonnel meetings as necessary about safety, procedures, and operations. Maintainrecords of the mailing costs incurred by each business unit or department andimplement cost savings programs and procedures to increase efficiency. Maintainpolicy and procedural manuals for mailroom operations. Recommend changes andinform mailroom personnel of changes made. Monitoron-line production/copy requests, set up conference rooms for client meetings,answer telephones and take messages in a professional manner. Resolvecomplex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions toaccomplish team objectives. Mayestablish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives. Hasa direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of relatedteams. Ensurepersonal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives. Leadby example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guideteam through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures.Work to build consensus. WhatYou’ll Need: HighSchool Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shiftmanager or supervisory experience preferred. In-depthunderstanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts withinown job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required. Requiresthe ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information. Expertknowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc. Excellentorganizational skills with a master- level inquisitive mindset. The minimum salary for the Mail Services Supervisor position is $43,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Mail Services Supervisor position is $75,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
