About the Team:

The Merchandising team is on top of the latest trends, using consumer data, research, exceptional taste and analytical skills to make sure we have the right product in the right places at the right time. Our team spans accessories and footwear, including men’s, women’s and kids, and works closely with partners in Design, Merch Planning, Production, Digital Commerce and Retail from product concept through forecasting, planning and inventory management, all in service of delighting our customers with products they love.

About the Role:

As our Temporary Merchandising Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone of the Merchandising team, supporting all of our merchandising categories: accessories, footwear (men’s and women’s) and kids. You’ll own the day-to-day system accuracy and data integrity for our full product portfolio, keep our sample process running smoothly from start to finish, and make sure the team always has accurate, up-to-date information at their fingertips.

What you’ll do:

• Own data entry, formatting and re-attribution across Centric (PLM), the Retail Flow Doc and Product Manual for all merch categories

• Lead full-portfolio data audits and scrubbing to keep our systems accurate across every style and colorway

• Support platform and system migrations by executing data updates and attribute changes

• Manage end-to-end sample logistics, including receiving, organizing, tagging, archiving and recycling samples as needed

• Support sample sales to help clear out sample inventory

• Coordinate room setup, sample displays and document readiness for key cross-functional meetings

• Act as a go-to point of contact for information, materials and samples across cross-functional teams

• Keep merchandising documents organized and up to date with accurate product information

You are:

• Exceptionally organized, with incredible attention to detail and a knack for creating systems that keep information accurate and easy to find

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once, and quick to adapt when things shift

• A collaborative teammate who builds strong working relationships with cross-functional partners

• A clear communicator, both verbally and in writing

• Curious and tech savvy, with the ability to quickly pick up new software and tools

• Eager to learn, and comfortable following established processes and playbooks while building your own expertise

• Someone who checks in regularly with your manager and team to track progress and stay aligned on next steps

You have:

• 1-2 years of experience in corporate retail, ecommerce or a related field

• A passion for product, with prior merchandising experience a plus

• Familiarity with PLM systems like Centric a plus

• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay range:

$29.00-$35.00 per hour

Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
