About the Opportunity


Step into a crucial, hands-on position where your organizational prowess directly supports a vibrant team of photographers, stylists, and digital artists. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision and efficiency, ensuring that every product sample is perfectly prepared and tracked from arrival to its moment in the spotlight. While you'll be an integral part of a creative ecosystem, this role is fundamentally about mastering operations and logistics, making you an indispensable link in the production chain.


What You'll Do

• Receive and meticulously process incoming product samples from various vendors.
• Unbox, sort, log, tag, track, and organize high volumes of products with precision.
• Prepare samples by hanging and organizing them on racks, ensuring they are readily available for studio teams and upcoming photo sets.
• Maintain accurate sample records and ensure all product information is thoroughly documented.
• Prioritize incoming samples based on dynamic production timelines and business needs.
• Proactively monitor sample arrivals, identifying and addressing any missing or delayed products.
• Uphold an organized, clean, and efficient sample management area.
• Communicate sample status and priorities effectively with merchandising and cross-functional studio partners.
• Provide essential support to photographers, stylists, digital artists, and other creative teams by ensuring samples are available precisely when needed.
• Assist with additional sample management and studio operations projects as required.

Required Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to accurately track and manage a high volume of physical products.
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to perform effectively against tight deadlines.
• A self-starter who can work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision after initial training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable performing a combination of administrative and physical, hands-on work.
• Capable of moving, organizing, and handling boxes and apparel samples throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accurate and timely sample management is critical for multiple teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sample coordination, inventory management, stockroom operations, product handling, studio operations, retail operations, or logistics.
• Experience with data entry or detailed record-keeping.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Familiarity with Airtable or similar tracking/database systems.
• Experience with Creative Force is a plus but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Previous experience in fashion, apparel, retail, or a photo studio environment is helpful but not required.
• College-level education is preferred but not required.
