This role is an exciting opportunity to make a huge impact at a fast-growing ecommerce company.About This Role:As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will work closely with the Merchandising team to support the product assortment process. You will serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams, managing product data, processes, and execution to support on-time, successful product launches. This role drives operational excellence by ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment, and communicates effectively. This position is based in San Francisco (we are currently hybrid and come into the office twice a week).Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized product data for new and carryover items across the PIM system, image libraries, and other cross-functional documentation supporting seasonal assortment plans.Coordinate CAD requests with design and maintain associated file organization for product imagery.Maintain seasonal line sheets with current product imagery, names, and assortment changes.Ensure cross-functional teams have access to accurate product information including pricing, care instructions, images, and launch timing to support successful launches.Communicate timing and product updates to internal stakeholders as changes occur.Serve as the liaison with marketing and creative teams, including verifying shot lists and aligning on launch timing.Build slide presentations and sample displays to support seasonal collections.Research market landscape to support pricing strategy.Provide general administrative and ad hoc merchandising support as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.Exceptional organizational and project management skills.Extremely detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides.Strong structured thinking and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter to View email address on click.appcast.io with "Merchandising Coordinator" in the subject line.
