About the Role:
NEWELL FISCHER AGENCY INC is looking for a driven and knowledgeable Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Professional to join our team in Glenolden, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most. If you're passionate about insurance sales and ready to grow your career, we want to hear from you! While initially part time, this role could evolve into full time. Role is base pay plus commission. Commission is dependent upon premium tiers written each month. Will require some in-office hours, especially when first onboarding. We are a captive agency.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, develop, and close new P&C insurance sales opportunities for personal and commercial lines
• Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate property and casualty coverage solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Quote and bind policies using agency management systems and carrier portals
• Follow up on leads, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities within existing book of business
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales production goals

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required
• Proven track record in insurance sales or a related sales environment
• Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines insurance products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with agency management software and carrier quoting platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
