You'll meet with homeowners, assess their comfort needs, recommend the best HVAC solutions, and help them make informed decisions that improve their home's comfort and efficiency. What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners through company-provided, pre-qualified appointments generated by our technicians and marketing team.
• Conduct in-home comfort assessments and evaluate customers' heating and cooling needs.
• Present customized HVAC replacement and system upgrade solutions using our proven sales process.
• Build trust through education, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.
• Prepare accurate proposals and explain financing options when appropriate.
• Follow up with homeowners to answer questions and close sales.
• Consistently achieve sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Maintain detailed customer records using CRM software.
• Stay current on HVAC products, technology, financing options, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with installation, service, and customer support teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in commission-based sales.
• Residential HVAC, home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, solar, or in-home sales experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong closing and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive and positive attitude.
• Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and technology in the sales process.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as customer appointments require.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
