Business Analyst (Health Care)

Position: Business Analyst --( health Care Start up )

Type : remote

Responsibilites :

Build and maintain customer dashboards (Metabase) with accurate SQL queries

Deliver reliable KPIs and handle ongoing customer reporting needs

Define success metrics for new customer go-lives and explain AI agent performance clearly

Partner with Implementation, CS, and Product to align data with customer workflows

Use AI tools to speed up SQL, analysis, and troubleshooting

Review and refine AI-generated queries for accuracy and efficiency

Provide insights to Operations leadership that inform product, customer strategy, and internal processes

Ramp quickly on data structures and independently manage a high-volume analytics queue

Maintain clear documentation and strong data quality standards

Qualifications :

4+ years in Business/Operations/Product Analytics or similar

Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, etc.)

Comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis

Strong analytical judgment; able to turn data into actionable insights

Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences

Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
