Requirements J.D. degree and state bar membership. Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Undergraduate degree in science or engineering. Experience in telecommunications, integrated circuits, or related technologies preferred. Education J.D. degree required. Undergraduate degree in science or engineering.
