Office Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for an Office Administrative Coordinator to offer support to our service team at our Frederick, CO location. Position Summary The successful candidate will have a minimum intermediate level of skills in common office software including - Microsoft office, Outlook, Adobe, Excel & Word. Ideally the candidate will have prior experience with purchase order processing. We are looking for a team player interested in contributing to the success of an expanding organization. Responsibilities Answering main phone line. Processing of Inspection & Service Reports. Purchase orders. Computer based file sorting, creation, monitoring. Data entry. Mailing/ small item shipping. Answer customer telephone calls. Required Skills/Abilities Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience - High school diploma or equivalent required. Work Environment - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk. - Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Work Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. Experience: - Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred) Work Environment, Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: - Office environment- sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
