Remote Payroll Officer

Maintain Records: Update employee status, tax withholdings, and banking information in the payroll system. Resolve Issues: Answer employee and manager questions about paychecks, deductions, or tax forms. Generate Reports: Create custom reports for finance, human resources, and management. Qualifications Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in payroll or finance. Skills: Strong math skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with payroll software (such as ADP or Gusto). Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to help staff with pay issues. Education: High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor's degree in business or accounting is a plus.
