Job Role

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and formulate personalized therapy approaches to help them achieve their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ research-supported methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to facilitate comprehensive, holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance on therapeutic techniques that support sustained progress at home
• Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring that patients remain on track

Education and Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications Required

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory
