Job Duties
  • Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patients' needs and create effective therapy plans aimed at helping them meet their functional goals.

  • Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Engage actively with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide integrated, comprehensive care.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Empower patients and their families by teaching them therapy methods to enhance ongoing recovery at home.
  • Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical developments and modify treatment approaches to ensure patients remain on track.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Encouragement for continuing education and post-graduate certifications.
Licenses
  • Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
