Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and devise individualized therapy strategies that help them reach their personal milestones.
• Implement Therapeutic Practices: Employ evidence-based methodologies to enhance your patients' motor abilities, cognition, and everyday activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide integrated, patient-centered care.
• Train Patients and Caregivers: Guide patients and their families in therapy techniques to ensure continuous progress outside the clinical setting.
• Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Monitor patient development and adapt treatment approaches to keep them on the path to recovery.

Education

• Earned degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• Ongoing education or additional certifications encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must.
