Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design personalized therapy approaches to help them achieve their aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily tasks
• Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Coordinate with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care
• Educate Patients and Family Members: Inform patients and their caregivers about therapy practices to encourage progress beyond therapy sessions
• Track Patient Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatments as necessary, ensuring alignment with patient goals

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuous education or post-graduate certifications highly recommended and supported

Certifications

• Current Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must
