• Exciting opportunity for a BC/BE Family Medicine physician in an established Family Medicine practice.
\n
• Practice in an up-to-date and well-equipped medical office with other experienced family physicians and advanced practice providers.
\n
• Flexible schedule & flexible hours

• Outpatient only practice with minimal call
\n
• Embedded Social Worker and Care Manager to help at-risk patients
\n
• EPIC EMR.
\n

• Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $285,000-$305,000.\n

Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

Qualifications \n

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

\n

\n
• Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
\n
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
\n
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
\n
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
\n
• Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
\n
