Team Manager

Summary The Team Manager is responsible for overall management of staff, merchandise, and the client experience in-store. This role leads the sales team to achieve sales objectives, maintains high operational and visual standards, and develops associates through coaching, training, and succession planning. Responsibilities Manage, coach, and develop a team of Client Advisors through regular meetings, performance reviews, and daily coaching. Drive sales performance and KPI achievement by leading the sales floor and implementing client relationship strategies. Recruit, onboard, and train new hires and support succession planning for the team. Oversee operations including POS and inventory management, reporting, and coordination with logistics and corporate partners. Partner with Visual Merchandising to plan and execute store visual standards and local market initiatives. Implement events and incentives to grow the local client base and improve repeat business. Requirements Minimum 6 years of retail experience with emphasis on operations, store management, or office administration; luxury retail preferred. Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with strong coaching and communication skills. Experience with POS systems and inventory management; computer literate. Client book preferred and a demonstrated focus on high-quality client service and relationship building.
