Job Description
Perioperative Nurse Opportunity - Join Our Dynamic Team!

Job Description:
- Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday
- 10-hour shifts with occasional Fridays when on-call
- Covering Periop, Endo, and Recovery departments
- Must have high proficiency in each specialty to be considered

Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of current Outpatient PACU experience
- Required experience in Periop and Endo
- Ability to start and maintain IV lines
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Small critical access facility experience preferred
- Must have own vehicle for this assignment
- Permanent address must be included in profile
- Any/all scheduling requests must be included at the time of submission (scheduling requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer)

Profile Requirements:
- Work history
- Skills Checklist for PACU, current to 1 year [REQUIRED]
- Skills Checklist for Endoscopy, current to 1 year [REQUIRED]
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment) [REQUIRED]
- Vermont RN license or Compact [REQUIRED]
- Active American Heart Association BLS [REQUIRED]
- Active American Heart Association ACLS [REQUIRED]
- Active American Heart Association PALS [REQUIRED]

On-Call and Weekend Details:
- On-call: 1 night per week and every 5th weekend
- Weekend/Holiday work required as scheduled (typically rotating)
