Job Type: Full-Time | Year-Round Residential Service
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour based on experience, licensing, and certifications

As a Journeyman Electrician, you will diagnose, repair, install, and upgrade residential electrical systems while ensuring all work meets local code requirements and company quality standards. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical issues, completing service calls, performing panel upgrades, wiring installations, electrical repairs, and system upgrades, interpreting electrical plans and diagrams, documenting completed work, and communicating clearly with homeowners regarding repairs and recommendations. You will work independently on assigned projects while delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality workmanship that reflects the Holtzople standard.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of experience as a Lead or Journeyman Electrician
• Active Maryland Journeyman Electrician License required
• Strong residential electrical troubleshooting and installation experience
• Experience with panel upgrades, service work, residential wiring, and code compliance
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and diagrams
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated work ethic
