Creative Strategist

We’re one of the fastest-growing DTC Health & Wellness brands, and we’re looking for an exceptional Creative Strategist who knows how to turn ideas, insights, and product benefits into copy that converts. This is a performance-driven creative role for someone who understands that great copy needs to do more than sound good—it needs to stop the scroll, create desire, and drive action. What You’ll Own: Write high-converting landing pages, advertorials, paid social ads, hooks, headlines, and campaign copy Develop fresh angles, concepts, and messaging for Meta, TikTok, and performance funnels Turn product benefits and consumer insights into clear, compelling, emotionally resonant stories Partner with creative, design, and performance marketing teams to bring campaigns from concept through launch Analyze performance and rapidly iterate on hooks, angles, offers, and messaging Research competitors, customer pain points, market trends, and winning creative to uncover new opportunities Build multiple creative variations to support continuous testing and scaling You’ll Be a Great Fit If You: Have strong direct-response or performance marketing copywriting experience Understand hooks, awareness levels, customer psychology, offers, and conversion Can move between short-form ad copy and long-form landing page storytelling Write quickly without sacrificing quality Love testing ideas and using performance data to make your next concept better Have a portfolio of copy that demonstrates your ability to sell, not just write Bonus: Experience in DTC, supplements, health & wellness, beauty, or other high-volume performance marketing environments.
