Guardian Community Care is seeking dependable, compassionate CNA Caregivers to provide private-duty care for a client in the Clayton, NC area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNA looking for consistent 12-hour shifts , with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Position Details

• Position: CNA Caregiver
• Location: Clayton, NC
• Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts
• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Employment: Full-time or part-time
• Full-time: Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Weekend availability: Preferred

Responsibilities

The CNA Caregiver will provide hands-on care and support based on the client's individual care plan. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Personal care and hygiene
• Bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal assistance as needed
• Companionship and supervision
• Maintaining a safe and clean care environment
• Following the client's care plan and agency policies
• Reporting changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor

Required Qualifications

• Current CNA certification
• Previous CNA, home-care, or direct-care experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Current TB test/screening or willingness to complete required TB screening
• Reliable transportation to the Clayton area
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care
• Ability to successfully complete required employment and background screening
