Job Description Develop and execute litigation strategy alongside senior attorneys throughout the lifecycle of a case Draft pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and substantive briefs Argue motions and appear in court when appropriate Take and defend fact witness and expert depositions Manage discovery, including disputes and motion practice Communicate directly with clients and help guide them through complex litigation matters Qualifications Active and good-standing Florida Bar license 3+ years of commercial or business litigation experience Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Experience with depositions, motion practice, and discovery Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment Why You Will Love Working Here You will be treated like a true attorney, not just a support role.
