Registered Nurse - Acute Telemetry - Full Time

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for providing independent, routine, and complex patient care within a clinical setting. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—for assigned patients. Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided accurately. Assess learning needs and educate patients, families, and caregivers, identifying issues and resources. Delegate tasks appropriately to care providers to manage clinical situations effectively. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. At least 1 year of related nursing experience preferred. Current RN license in the state of employment or a compact license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Additional Information The role involves practicing independently, demonstrating leadership qualities, and meeting competency expectations.
