Brightways Counseling Group is currently hiring dedicated Clinicians at our Redmond, Mill Park (Portland), E. Burnside (Portland), Woodburn, Tigard, Eugene, and Salem locations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education : Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
• License in Oregon : LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
• Experience :  Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages, welcoming therapists with expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults. 

Position Details

• Location: Hybrid – Work from one of our Redmond, Mill Park (Portland), E. Burnside(Portland), Woodburn, Tigard, Eugene, or Salem offices, with the flexibility to work remotely 1 day a week
• Position Type : Full-Time, W-2 Employee. 
• Client Caseload : Full-Time clinicians are expected to complete 22 sessions per week, with 28 appointments scheduled weekly to naturally account for routine cancellations and reschedules. Earnings are determined by the number of completed sessions, allowing flexibility and control over your schedule and income.

• A background check will be performed on all hires, post-offer. Employment is contingent upon passing this check. 

What We Offer

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation : Compensation is based on billable services rendered. Brightways Clinicians make from $82,368 - $131,040 per year (working 4 or 5 days per week). Your income is based on the number of completed sessions, giving you flexibility and control over your schedule and earning potential.
• Up to 4 weeks of Paid Time Off: All Clinicians receive up to 2 weeks of PTO upon hire . In addition, clinicians have the opportunity to earn up to 2 additional weeks of PTO annually through our productivity based PTO program.

• Work Life Balance : A four-day workweek is absolutely an option - it's up to you whether to see clients over four or five days. 
• CEU Support: Access to CE4Less, an online continuing education platform approved for mental health professionals. Provides unlimited access to accredited courses to help maintain your licensure.

• Health Insurance - Employer contributions toward medical, dental and prescription insurance, including acupuncture, chiropractic care, and massage through Professional Benefits Services, with dental coverage through Delta Dental. Coverage starts the 1st of the month following your start date. HDHP with HSA available.

• Supplemental Insurance -Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Accident and Hospital Insurance offered through Aflac.
• *Applies to Redmond, Eugene, Woodburn, Salem and E. Burnside offices (Mill Park and Tigard are not currently eligible): Student Loan Repayment Program - As a certified site, you may be eligible for the loan repayment program with HRSA to help pay-off your student loans.
