We're looking for experienced automotive sales professionals who are ready to take their careers beyond the traditional dealership model. If you've built relationships, consistently hit your sales goals, and want uncapped earning potential with warm leads and a consultative sales approach, we'd love to talk with you!
Your Career with Us
- We are not a traditional dealership, we operate as an Inside Sales and Financial company, offering any make or model, new and used.
- 60+ dials a dayyou live on the phones.
- Warm leads from our marketingno cold calling strangers.
- Needs-based, consultative process from first call to vehicle delivery.
- Uncapped Commission and Bonus, no base salaryno limit to your earnings.
- Monday through Friday and alternating Saturdays from our offices.
- You build a book of businessover 70% retention, not transactional.

What We Need From You
- 12 years of phone-based sales experienceauto, insurance, mortgage, B2B inside sales, financial services, or anywhere else you've sold by phone and have the numbers to prove it
- Track record of hitting or beating quota
- Strong phone presence and comfort with 60+ dials a day
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass a background check and drug screen
