Shift: 8am-5pm Monday through Friday

Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated and technology-savvy Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our sales, marketing, customer service, and accounts receivable follow-up activities. This role is ideal for someone who is highly comfortable with computers, quick to learn new software, professional in communication, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


The successful candidate will assist with sales administration, customer communications, marketing materials, CRM and database updates, reporting, and customer account follow-up. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to communicate confidently with customers and internal team members.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales and business development teams.
• Maintain customer records, CRM information, reports, and marketing contact lists.
• Assist with customer communications, follow-up activities, and sales materials.
• Support marketing efforts, including promotional materials, digital content, and company communications.
• Assist with preliminary accounts receivable follow-up and customer account documentation.
• Represent the company professionally in all customer and internal interactions.
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in sales administration, marketing support, customer service, or accounts receivable preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM, ERP, or marketing platforms is a plus.
