Our clients' growing food manufacturing company seeks Production Supervisors to lead operations across multiple production areas. We're expanding our state-of-the-art facility and need experienced leaders for both day and night shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of supervisory experience, OR
- Associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR
- 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience without degree
- Experience in automated food manufacturing, consumer goods (FMCG/CPG), pharmaceutical, or similar regulated environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly automated systems
- Proven track record of team leadership and development
- Experience with quality systems and food safety protocols
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; SAP experience preferred
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
- Food/beverage manufacturing supervision
- Experience with automated production equipment
- Knowledge of food safety and regulatory requirements
- Track record of improving operational metrics
- History of successful team development
