Human Resources Representative The Rallye Motor Company , Long Island’s leading luxury automotive group, is seeking a motivated and people-focused Human Resources Representative to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working with people, recruiting top talent, and being involved in the day-to-day HR operations of a growing organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in the fast-paced environment. As a member of our HR team, you will work closely with employees and management across our dealerships, helping to support a positive workplace culture while ensuring a consistent and professional HR experience. What You’ll Do Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate communication. Provide support for the employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Handle employee events including health and wellness initiatives. Handle administrative duties including scanning, filing and purging files. Monitor monthly performance reviews to ensure timely completion and follow-through. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Serve as a resource to employees and management by responding to HR-related questions. Assist with employee training and development initiatives. Support employee engagement and recognition efforts and contribute to a positive and professional workplace culture. A minimum of 2 years of experience handling HR functions. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree or, in lieu of BA degree will consider 5+ years of HR experience Experience handling the full recruitment and onboarding process. Working knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and employee relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional, approachable, and comfortable interacting with employees and management at all levels. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems; experience with an HRIS or applicant tracking system is a plus.
