- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, organized. Desired Attributes - Leadership and motivational skills.
- High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing small business needs.
Working Conditions
- Office setting. Not remote . Reports To Owners Compensation: $25.00 per hour
