The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Human Resource Associate in our Dallas, TX, National Center office! This is a three (3) month temporary position with the possibilty of extension. This position will work in a hybrid setting (in-office 1-3 days a week, as needed) in our Dallas office. Responsibilities This individual is responsible will be responsbile for: Entering and auditing data in Workday Auditing and collecting I-9’s Updating content in SharePoint Gathering required documentation and completing unemployment claims Filing and other administrative tasks Additional projects as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Requires zdero (0) - two (2) years of experience. Minimum one (1) year of experience in a Human Resources support position preferred. Knowledge of standard Human Resources practices, office procedures, and recordkeeping Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service skills Ability to interact with all levels of the organization/staff in a professional manner Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook) Here are some of the preferred skills we are looking for: Bachelor’s Degree and/or HR Certification Previous experience with Workday, SharePoint Compensation & Benefits The American Heart Association invests in its people.
