Marketing Coordinator, Osher Center for Integrative Health, Family & Community Medicine, Hybrid

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager in both the Osher Center for Integrative Health and Survivorship & Supportive Services. The role is 75% FTE (30‑hour work week) with 50% of the time dedicated to each department and offers a hybrid schedule with up to two remote days after the training period. The candidate must be located within the Cincinnati Tri‑State area and be authorized to work in the U.S.; the position does not offer visa sponsorship. Essential Functions Develop, coordinate, implement, and revise marketing plans and promotional materials. Manage the design, layout, and writing of print and digital materials, including the implementation of a new digital resource library. Manage own projects and guide team members and student interns through associated tasks. Assist with design, layout, and implementation of email newsletters. Assist in social media management, including content creation, engagement, and analytics. Assess, develop, and coordinate public relations campaigns. Compile, update, and report marketing data related to advertising and marketing programs; monitor, track, and evaluate results and recommend changes. Assist in the execution of community engagement events as needed. Perform related duties based on departmental need. Required Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic arts, public relations, digital media, or a related field. Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of the education requirement. Required Experience One (1) year of experience in the development and implementation of marketing and/or advertising plans. Additional Qualifications Considered Experience in developing a social media strategy and editorial calendar to promote college events and efforts. Experience in copywriting for email, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and the creation of college‑wide news stories. An understanding of a website’s content management system. Some experience in event planning. Basic graphic design skills in either Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva. Basic experience in multimedia such as photography and videography. Physical Requirements / Work Environment Office environment; no specific unusual physical or environmental demands. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
