Marketing Coordinator

Summary Summary: The Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that promote our soccer-focused brand, products, and community engagement. This role blends traditional marketing with a passion for the game, helping connect players, coaches, and fans to our offerings through compelling campaigns and content. Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns centered around soccer seasons, product launches, tournaments, and in-store promotions Coordinate and schedule engaging content for social media platforms and email campaigns Collaborate with the graphic design department on print and digital collateral Assist with maintaining the company website, including product highlights, blog content, and event information Assist with in-store activations with partners and vendors Track and analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics Conduct market research on soccer trends, brands, and competitors Participate in creative brainstorming sessions Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred 1–3 years of marketing experience (sports or retail experience preferred) Passion for soccer and familiarity with soccer culture, products, and terminology Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, without sacrificing attention to detail Preferred Skills Experience working with sports teams, clubs, or retail environments Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Familiarity with email marketing and CRM platforms Knowledge of digital advertising and analytics tools Photography or videography experience a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this position.
