Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Experience working with school-aged children, ideally in a K-8 setting
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Collaborative approach and openness to working within multi-disciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students within the K-8 district, adapting to individual needs
• Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate, detailed documentation in compliance with district and state standards
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other educational professionals to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide consultative support and strategies for educators and parents to enhance student learning
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing program evaluation
