Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to establish baseline capabilities and therapeutic needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on best practices and current research to address specific patient goals.
• Treating a diverse patient population, including individuals with orthopedic injuries, pediatric conditions, neurological disorders, and sports-related injuries.
• Documenting treatment progress meticulously to ensure continuity of care and adjustments to treatment protocols as needed.
• Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring patients feel supported and knowledgeable about their recovery process.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a strong foundation in rehabilitation sciences.
• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, fostering effective exchanges with both patients and team members.
• Proficient in using word processing software and healthcare management systems to document and manage patient information.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
